Part‑time Human Resources Officer – Luxembourg

About the role

Trident Trust is expanding its Luxembourg operations and seeks a part‑time Human Resources Officer to support a team of roughly 35 staff. Reporting to the Managing Director and Directors, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with Luxembourg labour, tax and social security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute in‑house and client payroll accurately.
• Coordinate employee training, develop modules and prepare the annual INFPC co‑funding application.
• Transmit legal data to local administrations (Tax authority, CCSS, STM, Sofie, etc.) on time.
• Maintain HR tracking tools for working time, teleworking, holidays and sick leave.
• Produce statistics and reports for management, the board and Trident Group.
• Manage recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews.
• Handle onboarding/off‑boarding, contract amendments and HRIS/physical file maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures, Luxembourg labour law and local tax/social security legislation.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Mpleo and/or Payease (asset).
