Senior Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) – HT-POOL

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition specialist will lead attraction and selection activities for NATO Support Agency (NSPA). You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensure high‑quality candidate pipelines and support the agency’s multicultural workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Screen applications, develop assessment criteria and facilitate interview panels.
• Lead and coordinate interview panels, ensuring consistent evaluation.
• Utilise e‑recruitment platforms and proactively source candidates, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Maintain compliance with NATO’s bilingual (English/French) requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment management experience in an agency or similar organisation.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven ability to lead interview panels and manage full recruitment cycles.
