Outsourcing Specialist

About the role

Vinted Pay is seeking an Outsourcing Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day coordination, administration and operational oversight of its outsourcing framework. You will work within a small, high‑impact team to ensure that all third‑party arrangements are governed consistently, documented thoroughly and comply with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the company’s outsourcing framework across its full lifecycle.
• Ensure outsourcing arrangements are managed in line with internal governance expectations and regulatory requirements such as CSSF Circular 22/806.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and collaborate with business units and Group entities.
• Support compliance with ICT third‑party risk and operational resilience regulations, including DORA.
• Assist with periodic reviews of the Outsourcing Policy, related procedures, and CSSF notifications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of outsourcing governance and regulatory compliance in a financial services environment.
• Experience working with internal risk and control teams.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments and external partners.
