Junior Accountant – Corporate & Accounting Services

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Accountant to join its Corporate & Accounting Services team starting in April 2026. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients by handling their accounting records and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain and update client accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical and business accounting expertise to clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Participate in assignments across various industries to broaden sector knowledge.
• Take part in a tailored training program supporting professional qualification.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong accounting knowledge and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, Luxembourgish) are a plus.
