About the role
Resultance is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to become the central point of contact for its Luxembourg office. You will ensure a smooth, professional environment while supporting critical business operations across the consulting group.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain a welcoming workplace, handling office logistics, supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate suppliers, facilities and external service providers.
- Plan internal meetings, team events and company activities.
- Welcome visitors and contribute to a positive office experience.
- Support managers and teams with operational and administrative tasks.
- Continuously improve office processes and ways of working.
- Manage the invoicing process for the entire Resultance Group, collecting and validating billing information.
- Prepare and issue client invoices in line with contractual agreements and ensure billing deadlines are met.
- Follow up on purchase orders, maintain accurate billing data and collaborate with Finance and Leadership teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in office management, administration, billing or business support.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to create structure.
- Comfortable working with figures and administrative processes.
- Proactive, autonomous and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in French, English, Luxembourgish and/or German is a strong asset.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Odoo ERP (preferred)
