Middle Officer Intermediaries

About the role

Swissquote Bank Europe, the EU bank of the Swissquote Group, is looking for a Middle Officer Intermediaries to join its Partner Solutions team. You will support the team in managing relationships with channel partners, working from the offices in Luxembourg's Kirchberg financial district.

Key responsibilities

• Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments
• Manage client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates
• Handle inquiries by phone and email and stay informed about industry developments
• Produce regular KPI reports and support team activities to acquire and develop partnerships

Required profile

• Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management and independent financial advisors (European networks are an advantage)
• Understanding of industry regulations (MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, privacy)
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and commitment to partner satisfaction
• Luxembourg insurance agent certification is desirable
