Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international financial‑technology organisation to strengthen its DevOps and cloud engineering capabilities. As a Mid‑Level DevOps Engineer you will join a collaborative team that builds and supports an enterprise‑scale CI/CD platform used by development teams across Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, support and enhance enterprise CI/CD pipelines and underlying DevOps infrastructure.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Design and optimise build, test and deployment automation processes.
• Collaborate with software development, QA and platform engineering teams to onboard new applications.
• Promote DevOps best practices and assist teams in adopting CI/CD tooling.
• Integrate security controls, compliance checks and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices with security and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Contribute to container‑based and cloud‑native solutions using modern DevOps technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Experience working with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure or AWS).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell or Python).
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
