Microsoft Azure DevOps Administrator / .NET Developer (French Speaker)

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking a bilingual French‑speaking professional to join its Luxembourg office as a Microsoft Azure DevOps Administrator and .NET Developer. You will work within a multinational consulting team, supporting clients across finance, life sciences, retail and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain the Azure DevOps environment.
• Manage projects, repositories, access rights and workspaces.
• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate development, testing and deployment processes.
• Develop, maintain and enhance applications using VB.NET and C#.
• Provide technical support to development teams.
• Ensure best practices for source control, security and software quality.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and other IT teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in VB.NET and/or C# development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience administering an Azure DevOps platform.
• Excellent written communication, especially for technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory).
