Medical Sales Representative – Luxembourg Territory

About the role

Flen Health is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to cover the Province of Luxembourg and the Grand‑Duchy of Luxembourg. You will act as the primary point of contact for hospitals, wound‑care centres, pharmacies, and care homes, promoting innovative wound and skin‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Flen Health’s product portfolio and manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy based on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Maintain a strategic business plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Introduce new products, deliver presentations and training to customers.
• Build long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region.
• Act as brand ambassador at conferences, congresses and trade fairs.
• Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep of the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical departments to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• Paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in a medical or pharmaceutical sales role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
