Material Handler – Logistics & Packing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our Material department in Luxembourg. You will play a key part in receiving, preparing and packing goods while ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and pack goods according to standard processes and sequencing.
• Complete follow‑up documentation such as checklists, K2 entries and scan all project documents.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams (Project Engineer, Traffic, Scheduling).
• Handle administrative tasks including K2 creation and ordering packaging material.
• Collaborate closely with coordinators and dock auditors to ensure correct project sequencing and cleanliness.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings and provide feedback on issues.
• Potentially act as backup for the coordinator in future.

Required profile

• Degree in logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar material handling or logistics role.
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French; additional European languages are a plus.
