Manager – Tax Financial Services (Build Your Own Team)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager for Tax Financial Services to lead and expand a dedicated team handling complex tax matters for investment funds and international financial structures. You will work closely with senior tax professionals and play a pivotal role in the department’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of financial services and investment fund clients.
• Review and validate tax analyses and tax returns.
• Advise clients on Luxembourg and international tax issues.
• Coach, supervise, and develop junior team members.
• Contribute actively to the department’s strategic development.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Luxembourg taxation, preferably within investment funds or broader financial services.
• Initial management experience or a strong desire to move into a leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
