Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Consulting

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead its Corporate Tax Consulting practice. You will work within a specialised tax team serving financial services, investment funds, multinational corporations, real estate and private equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Join a specialised tax team focused on international taxation for a variety of sectors.
• Manage, develop and expand both international and local client portfolios.
• Propose innovative, value‑added tax solutions.
• Coordinate with other PwC departments in Luxembourg and abroad, leveraging the global network.
• Participate actively in client meetings.
• Support, manage and develop a team of highly skilled tax professionals.
• Deliver in‑house and external training courses and represent PwC at conferences and events.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, law or business, preferably with a tax focus.
• 5–11 years of professional international tax experience gained in an audit/tax advisory firm, law firm or financial institution; Luxembourg experience is an asset.
• Ability to identify tax consulting opportunities and proactively market services.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients.
• Proven capability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals.
• Commitment to sharing knowledge with a multicultural team.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset and German a plus.
