Management Candidate Graduate Programme – Luxembourg 2027

About the role

The UNIQLO Management Candidate Graduate Programme is a 12‑month accelerated leadership journey for ambitious graduates ready to shape the future of retail. You will rotate through store operations, leadership, and business strategy roles in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and master customer service, product deliveries, omni‑channel operations, and onboarding on the shop floor (Months 1‑4).
• Lead a team as a supervisor, coordinate daily planning, develop colleague performance, and own a commercial subdivision (Months 5‑6).
• Assist the Store Manager with sales analytics, KPI performance, inventory planning, layout optimisation, workforce planning and team development (Months 7‑12).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with permanent work authorization in Luxembourg.
• Availability to start full‑time in September 2027 and flexibility for weekends and varied shifts.
• Minimum B2 level English; French, German or Luxembourgish are a plus.
