About the role
We are looking for a high‑impact Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales and business growth across our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The role requires a strategic hunter‑farmer who can build long‑term relationships with executive and C‑suite decision‑makers across key sectors such as government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy and large enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy for Managed Services in Luxembourg, building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and partner alliances.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders, expand existing accounts via cross‑sell and up‑sell, and conduct regular business reviews and forecasting.
- Translate customer requirements into solution architectures covering Oracle Fusion, ITIL/ITSM, Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, AI/ML, enterprise applications and ManageEngine.
- Lead proposal preparation, Statements of Work and RFP responses, and negotiate complex commercial models while ensuring margin governance.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Operations, HR and PMO to ensure smooth service mobilisation and provide market intelligence for go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within the GCC or international markets.
- Proven success selling Managed Services across multiple domains (Oracle, ITSM, Cloud, DevOps/SecOps, AI/ML, App Development, ManageEngine).
- Experience engaging senior leadership (CIO, CTO, procurement) and strong understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs and financial models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering; MBA or certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Security) are a plus.
