Maintenance Technical Agent – Aircraft Maintenance

About the role

LuxairAirlines is seeking a Maintenance Technical Agent to join its Line Maintenance department. The role involves performing a variety of aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturer documentation, and supporting daily operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities on aircraft, including cabin rectification and other technical tasks.
• Provide regular feedback on detected defects and operational problems.
• Perform aircraft towing and conduct aircraft security searches.
• Deliver parts, tools, equipment, and ground support equipment (GSE) as required.
• Assist the coordinator with simple in‑house repairs and support procedural updates.

Required profile

• Technical or mechanical diploma (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum age of 18 years, meeting EASA legal requirements.
• Willingness to work in a team on shift patterns and accept duty travel.
• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Rigorous, self‑motivated, organized with strong prioritisation abilities.
