M&A Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Finance

About the role

Join a leading advisory firm’s Corporate Finance practice as an M&A Manager or Senior Manager. You will work with an international, entrepreneurial team, supporting corporations, private equity funds, family businesses and financial investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions from preparation to closing.
• Advise executives, shareholders and investors on strategic deals, capital raising and restructurings.
• Oversee financial analysis, business valuations, financial modelling and strategic assessments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Prepare and review client deliverables such as investor presentations, valuation reports and information memoranda.
• Support business development by creating proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to practice growth through market knowledge and professional networking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance advisory, investment banking or corporate development.
• Proven track record of executing complex domestic and cross‑border transactions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, CAIA are a plus.
