M365 Copilot Solution Engineer

About the role

Devoteam, an AI-driven Microsoft Gold Partner and cloud consulting firm, is hiring an M365 Copilot Solution Engineer for its Modern Workplace & AI team in Luxembourg. The role drives the adoption and integration of AI within clients' digital workplaces, bridging business requirements and technical implementation with scalable, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, define Copilot use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions
• Design end-to-end Copilot architectures, preparing Microsoft 365 environments with Purview (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels) and Entra ID (identity, conditional access, permissions hygiene)
• Act as technical and functional lead for Copilot programs, aligning expectations, ROI and governance with a coherent implementation
• Define Copilot extensibility strategies with Copilot Studio, building custom copilots and plugins and integrating with line-of-business systems via the Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform
• Set success criteria, track KPIs, lead POCs and recommend enterprise-wide adoption
• Deliver user onboarding, enablement and training, and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimization

Required profile

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and clear English (a clear asset)
• Proven experience managing and executing end-to-end solution deployments
• Ability to analyze RFPs, design tailored solutions and write proposals
• Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (e.g. AB-731, AB-730, PL-400, AB-100) and a background in enterprise change management or Copilot adoption programs

Required skills

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise, including security and governance prerequisites for Copilot
• Mastery of Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery) and Entra ID (access management, MFA)
• Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft Graph API
• Change-management and user-enablement knowledge
