Legal Project Management & Change Management Specialist (6‑month FTC)

About the role

Arendt is seeking a Legal Project Management Systems & Change Management Specialist on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will drive the adoption and effective use of legal technology platforms, primarily iManage and Maestro, across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change‑management strategies for legal tech deployments.
• Lead user‑adoption initiatives for iManage, Maestro and related systems.
• Assess impact, identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Support the rollout of Maestro, collaborating with project teams and business stakeholders.
• Create communication materials, facilitate workshops and act as the primary point of contact for user concerns.
• Design and deliver training, guides, FAQs and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Experience in change management, user adoption or legal technology implementation.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to translate business needs into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
