Legal Officer – Corporate Governance & Fund Structures

About the role

This position offers a legal professional the chance to work in a highly international, regulated environment focused on corporate governance, company secretarial duties, and investment‑fund matters, especially offshore fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers to prepare and deliver legal and corporate documents.
• Draft, review and maintain governance frameworks, internal policies and procedures for regulated entities.
• Support regulatory reporting and monitor legal and governance requirements for international structures.
• Manage administrative legal tasks such as invoice follow‑up, document management and database upkeep.
• Assist on legal projects related to the creation, restructuring and termination of investment structures and regulated vehicles.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably with exposure to Luxembourg law.
• 3–5 years of experience in a legal, corporate or financial‑services setting, ideally within banking, investment funds or other regulated activities.
• Understanding of company secretarial matters, corporate governance and legal processes in regulated institutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong drafting abilities; French is a plus.
