Legal Assistant Internship – Corporate Law

About the role

ATDOMCO is seeking a motivated law student to join its legal team in Luxembourg for a minimum of two months. You will support day‑to‑day corporate legal operations, focusing on drafting resolutions and handling RCS filings while gaining exposure to corporate governance and compliance in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Draft a high volume of corporate resolutions (board, shareholder, written decisions) for a diverse portfolio of entities.
• Manage RCS filings and updates, including incorporations, director changes, share transfers, and registered office changes.
• Track pending RCS registrations to ensure timely completion and accurate corporate records.
• Assist in preparing various corporate documents and support general company secretarial duties.
• Contribute to compliance and due‑diligence processes, including AML/KYC requirements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and RCS procedures, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking responsibility for tasks.
