KYC Onboarding Officer – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg is seeking a motivated KYC Onboarding Officer to join its Clients Centralized Services Team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will play a key part in onboarding corporate clients and funds, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards while supporting a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform KYC onboarding tasks for corporate clients, investment funds, and fund investors.
• Collaborate with the Compliance unit and other business areas to ensure smooth onboarding flows and complete client KYC profiles.
• Assist in improving KYC processes, checklists, and governance in line with the bank’s AML policies.
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing clients and monitor compliance with fund and corporate laws.
• Archive onboarding documentation accurately in internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, rigorous, and capable of handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
