KYC and Legal Officer

About the role

This position supports a Luxembourg‑based family office in strengthening its compliance and legal framework. The role combines KYC management with legal support for investment and administrative activities, ensuring all documentation and relationships are properly maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage KYC processes, including finalisation, renewal, and record‑keeping of client documentation.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and financial counterparties by analysing legal terms, drafting and negotiating rebate, brokerage, and confidentiality agreements.
• Organise legal information, maintain filing systems and archives.
• Draft corporate minutes, execute resolutions and handle related administrative matters.
• Liaise with administrative counterparties to request, verify, and track documents for invoicing purposes.
• Perform administrative and legal tasks related to private investment documents.

Required profile

• Legal education (degree or equivalent) in corporate, banking or financial law.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar KYC or legal role.
• High level of discretion, commitment, flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Strong teamwork orientation and well‑developed time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
