Junior Technical Project Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Specialist to support the development and maintenance of merchant websites in a fast‑growing fintech environment. You will act as a bridge between developers, designers, support, and legal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and upkeep of merchant websites.
• Explain basic website structure and integrations to internal stakeholders.
• Collect, clarify, and structure incoming requests.
• Prepare technical requirements for designers using Figma.
• Communicate task details and clarifications to developers.
• Track progress, responsibilities, and status of tasks.
• Leverage AI tools for research, coordination, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a tech‑project, technical specialist, tech support, or operations role.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about how systems work.
• Basic conceptual understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Intermediate proficiency with Figma (file handling, comments, task preparation).
• Working knowledge of Adobe tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing parallel tasks across multiple teams.
• Fluent Russian and good English (technical writing B2 level or higher).
