Junior Reporting Officer – Regulatory & Marketing Reports

About the role

AlphaOmega is seeking a Junior Reporting Officer to support the production of regulatory and marketing documents for alternative funds. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with finance, IT, and data teams in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of key regulatory and marketing documents (BCL, CSSF, AIFMD reports).
• Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Help improve reporting processes and tools to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance custom‑built solutions, focusing on scalability and automation.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve the clarity, design, and effectiveness of investor communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the investment‑funds industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset, high rigor, and a problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of VBA, Python and/or SQL (assets).
