Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

Namespace, a leading European group of online business services, is looking for a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support its domain‑registration and related entities. The role is based in Leudelange, Luxembourg and offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters in the fast‑moving domain and IP space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to abuse reports and legal requests (phishing, fraud, takedown, domain hijacking, trademark and copyright infringements) for EuroDNS.
• Assist with debt collection activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain ICANN compliance for all registrar entities, ensuring timely updates of corporate and operational information.
• Support trademark‑related matters, including filings, monitoring and coordination of registrations.
• Participate in domain recovery processes, cease‑and‑desist actions and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
• Provide corporate legal support such as preparing board and shareholder documentation and updating bylaws.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, marketing agreements, product terms and vendor agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create legal blog articles and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Offer cross‑departmental legal advice to HR, Sales and Finance on day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Conduct legal monitoring and keep the business informed of relevant regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in law with a focus on intellectual property.
• Strong written and spoken English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in domain name law, IP enforcement and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
