Junior Java Developer

About the role

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a motivated Junior Java Developer to join its internal teams in Luxembourg. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career developers who want to grow in a collaborative, international environment while working on modern Java‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of Java applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams on technical tasks and project activities.
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and continuous code improvement.
• Apply software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Support technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Java and object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Strong interest in software development and willingness to learn modern technologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of databases and basic web technologies is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
