BI / Data Consultant

About the role

The BI / Data Consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data‑driven solutions meet the organisation's strategic objectives. You will gather, analyse and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the adoption of the resulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to identify needs and define functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.
• Support change management, user training and solution adoption.

Required profile

• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Consulting or Project Coordination.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good analytical and organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment.
