Junior International Corporate Tax Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Tax International Corporate (TIC) team as a Junior International Corporate Tax Consultant. You will support multinational clients in designing and implementing tax-efficient structures across borders, ensuring compliance with evolving EU and global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and support the implementation of comprehensive tax strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in building and maintaining effective structures that comply with the latest national and international tax rules.
• Analyze target businesses to assess potential tax risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior tax experts, audit, and consulting colleagues on cross‑border engagements.
• Maintain regular communication with colleagues worldwide to share insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law, economics, finance, or a business school, preferably with a tax focus.
• 0‑2 years of experience in tax or related advisory services.
• Analytical, rigorous, and client‑service oriented mindset.
• Ability to quickly acquire new competencies and adapt to changing tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.
