Junior Corporate Officer (French & English) – Start Sep 2026

About the role

Grant Thornton Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Corporate Officer to join its Corporate & Legal department from September 2026. This position offers an operational experience in a human‑sized firm, providing a solid springboard for a career in corporate law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and provide recommendations for clients and internal services.
• Participate in all aspects of corporate life for client companies, acting as a liaison with notaries, bankers, accountants, and lawyers.
• Support the General Counsel and manage general legal administration across the Grant Thornton Luxembourg network.
• Assist other business lines with contract preparation, review, and monitoring, as well as specific legal requests.
• Take part in external events and client learning sessions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law or a related field.
• Recent graduate with a first relevant experience in a corporate legal department; knowledge of the fund industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg (or French/Belgian) Corporate & Commercial law; experience in EU law or a current CCDL registration is advantageous.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to stay informed on legislative developments, especially company law.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as a team player.

Required skills
