Junior Corporate M&A Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will support domestic and multinational clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate structures, M&A transactions and governance issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls with international teams.

Required profile

• University law degree; a Master’s (LL.M.) or MBA obtained abroad is a plus.
• Some experience in corporate law through internships or previous employment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; German is an asset.
• Motivated, dynamic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
