About the role
We are seeking a versatile Legal & Administrative Assistant to support our client’s daily office operations on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week). The role combines corporate legal support with general office administration, ensuring smooth documentation handling and efficient office management.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and format agreements using templates and assist in preparing corporate and legal documents.
- Coordinate company incorporation processes across multiple jurisdictions and ensure proper execution of related paperwork.
- File, scan, and archive legal and corporate documents both physically and on servers.
- Manage day‑to‑day office tasks such as diary management, meeting arrangements, and phone handling.
- Create and maintain process files for legal documentation and update legal databases.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm, trust company, or corporate service provider.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Legisway (strong advantage).
