Junior Compliance and Corporate Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Compliance and Corporate Officer to support the governance of a large portfolio of entities for a fully licensed AIFM in Contern. This full‑time position offers broad exposure to corporate administration, compliance, and AML/KYC processes within an international investment management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare incorporation, amendment, merger and dissolution documents for over 140 legal entities.
• Draft board and shareholder resolutions and maintain corporate records, statutory registers and databases.
• Coordinate board and investor meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Manage filings with Luxembourg business registers (RCS, RBE) and liaise with service providers, auditors and notaries.
• Support AML/KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for investors, counterparties and service providers.

Required profile

• First experience in Luxembourg corporate administration, compliance, AML/KYC or a related field, preferably in funds or investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law, Business Administration or equivalent apprenticeship as a notary clerk.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
