Junior Business Manager

About the role

As a Junior Business Manager you will support the growth of our consulting activities by combining business development, client management, and talent recruitment. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into tailored consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Advise clients at a strategic level on challenges and project opportunities.
• Select and match consultants to client projects, ensuring optimal talent utilization.
• Manage negotiations to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance, analyse KPIs and report results.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and consultants to ensure quality, continuity and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience in business development, preferably within consulting.
• Interest in recruitment and talent matching.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and a balanced approach to business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Autonomous, well‑organized and focused on quality and results.
• Higher education degree is optional; relevant professional experience is valued.
