Junior Business Analyst – ERP Transformation Programme

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a large‑scale ERP Financial Transformation programme for a prestigious European institution. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to document and formalise the Target Operating Model, business processes and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the documentation and formalisation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), business processes and requirements.
• Assist senior Business Analysts in producing structured, consistent deliverables.
• Capture and structure business inputs gathered during workshops and stakeholder interactions.
• Ensure documentation is clear, complete, traceable and aligned with programme standards.
• Contribute to multiple streams such as Accounting, Budgeting & Financial Planning, Cost Management, Procurement‑to‑Pay, Data & Reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, documentation or project support (especially procurement/sourcing environments).
• Experience supporting workshops, capturing business inputs and working in structured project environments.
• Strong ability to structure and document business information.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of experience documenting business processes, requirements and delivering structured outputs; exposure to ERP projects and finance‑related environments; knowledge of business analysis practices, process documentation techniques, ERP concepts and core finance processes.
