Junior Associate Lawyer – Investment Funds Law

About the role

GSK Stockmann is seeking a Junior Associate Lawyer to join its Investment Funds & Private Equity team in Luxembourg. You will work on a variety of corporate and investment fund matters, supporting both national and cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and investment fund documents, including issuing documents, articles of association, shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Conduct legal research on national and EU legislation and relevant case law.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a jurist or qualified lawyer in Luxembourg, focusing on Investment Fund law.
• Registered or in the process of registration with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent EU bar.
• Excellent organization, communication, writing and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, flexible team player with a business‑development mindset.
• Fluent in English and German; French or additional languages are a plus.
