Junior Associate Lawyer – Corporate & M&A

About the role

Our client, a leading independent European corporate law firm, is expanding its Investment Funds & Private Equity team in Luxembourg. The Junior Associate Lawyer will work on high‑profile cross‑border corporate and M&A transactions, gaining exposure to a multicultural environment alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation such as articles of association, partnership agreements, side letters and joint venture agreements.
• Support clients on corporate transactions and day‑to‑day legal matters.
• Conduct legal research on Luxembourg and cross‑border legislation, regulations and case law.
• Collaborate with international clients and colleagues on complex, high‑profile deals.
• Contribute proactively to the growth and success of the team.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a juriste or qualified lawyer in Luxembourg, specializing in Corporate and M&A law.
• Registered, or in the process of registering, with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent EU Bar.
• Strong organisational, communication, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, flexible team player with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
