IT Test Manager – Core Banking Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an IT Test Manager to lead the testing effort for a large-scale core banking transformation programme at one of Luxembourg’s leading banks. The role is a 12-month contract, full-time, and will be performed in an English-speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end testing strategy for core systems and satellite applications.
• Plan, coordinate and execute SIT, UAT and regression cycles.
• Collaborate with development, business stakeholders, automation teams and requirements engineers to ensure alignment with agile delivery and release planning.
• Expand and maintain the regression testing portfolio.
• Monitor quality metrics and provide clear go/no-go recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT test management within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record delivering complex migration or platform-upgrade programmes.
• Ability to work independently and act as the central coordination point for multiple teams.
