IT Relationship Manager – European & International Committees

About the role

The IT Relationship Manager will act as the liaison between the Information Systems department and European‑level committees and working groups. You will ensure that the CSSF’s IT perspective is represented and that relevant information flows smoothly between internal teams and external institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the IT department in European and international committees and meetings designated by the Executive Board.
• Collect, circulate and follow up on IT‑related information generated within these committees.
• Coordinate communication around specific IT tools used exclusively by partner European institutions.
• Comment on and analyse the impact of guidelines and policies issued by European bodies.

Required profile

• University degree (Master level) in Information Technology, Management, Finance or Economics with an IT option.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Availability for regular business trips abroad.
• Understanding of national and European institutional and regulatory contexts.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
