IT Administrator

About the role

R3 Robotics is looking for an IT Administrator to manage day‑to‑day IT operations for a fast‑growing, international robotics startup. You will ensure that tools, devices, and cloud services run smoothly and securely while providing hands‑on support to a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company‑wide IT systems, devices, and user accounts.
• Oversee identity, access, and endpoint management, including Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain network infrastructure, enforce security protocols, and manage VPN solutions such as ZeroTier.
• Administer and secure cloud‑hosted services on AWS and Azure, as well as internal business tools.
• Automate recurring IT tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Keep IT documentation, procedures, and runbooks up to date.
• Provide hands‑on end‑user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Travel to client and company sites when needed to support operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or current student in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive technical mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of IT foundations.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (including SharePoint Online and Azure AD).
• Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune.
• Linux command‑line, user management, and SSH.
• Core networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs/segmentation).
• ZeroTier VPN administration.
• Vaultwarden self‑hosted password manager administration.
• Experience with AWS and Azure security configurations.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
