Investment Director – Natural Capital (LATAM focus)

About the role

Nature Development Company is launching Global Nature Capital I, a USD 100M impact fund targeting high‑integrity afforestation, reforestation and revegetation projects across Latin America. We are seeking an Investment Director to lead the investment function at this pivotal stage, shaping the fund’s strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including structuring, due diligence and closing.
• Drive investment processes and prepare investment committee materials.
• Support fundraising initiatives and maintain investor relations.
• Oversee portfolio performance monitoring and reporting.
• Contribute to building the investment platform and expanding the team over time.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in private equity, infrastructure, real assets or climate investing.
• Strong transaction experience with a track record of successful deals.
• Exposure to carbon markets, renewables or natural‑capital projects.
• International mindset with preferably LATAM experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
