Investment Counsellor – Norwegian Market

About the role

Fisher Investments Luxembourg is seeking a Norwegian‑focused Investment Counsellor to manage high‑net‑worth client relationships from its Luxembourg office. You will act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian clients, translating market insights into actionable portfolio recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth Norwegian clients, overseeing €100‑150 million in assets.
• Communicate portfolio changes, market developments, and investment strategy to clients.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, the Investment Policy Committee, research, trading, and service teams.
• Provide proactive updates on financial markets and Fisher’s investment philosophy.
• Participate in Fisher’s advanced finance and capital‑markets training program.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience serving private clients in banking or wealth‑management.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, markets, and current events.
• Native Norwegian speaker with fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to connect with and educate diverse audiences.
• Positive, empathetic attitude in both good and challenging market conditions.

Required skills

• MiFID certification, CFA, or equivalent financial education (beneficial).
