International Tax Manager - Technology

About the role

The International Tax Manager will join a global technology business in Luxembourg, focusing on European tax advisory. You will provide strategic tax guidance for new commercial initiatives and support day‑to‑day tax matters across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed tax considerations into commercial projects.
• Deliver corporate tax expertise, evaluate implications, identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Translate complex tax legislation into clear advice for non‑tax colleagues.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the European operating model.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise on appropriate responses.
• Coordinate with external advisers and tax authorities to support compliance and resolve tax issues.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong international tax advisory experience, either in a practice firm or in‑house.
• Ability to work on‑site in Luxembourg five days per week.
• No visa sponsorship available.
