Senior Controller

About the role

Invesco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to lead financial reporting and support operational aspects of fund management. The role focuses on real‑estate and private‑credit investment accounting, ensuring accurate NAV calculations, capital flows and compliance with fund governing documents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third‑party fund administrators and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting packages.
• Oversee NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions and investor reporting.
• Review and approve fund‑level financial statements, management fees, waterfalls and valuations.
• Maintain compliance with LPAs, subscription agreements and regulatory standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Provide input on fund structures, valuation methodologies and NAV processes.
• Support credit facility management, including covenant tracking and debt sizing.
• Lead financial and tax due‑diligence, structuring efforts and performance return analysis.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real‑estate and private‑credit investment accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and fund governance documents.
• Proven ability to liaise with internal teams and external administrators.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis, forecasting and valuation.
