International Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Blue Origin is seeking an International Supply Chain Manager to join its Luxembourg team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with non‑US vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, and optimizing global supply chain performance while supporting the company’s mission of expanding human presence in space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across diverse international markets based on quality, capacity, reliability, and cost.
• Build and nurture cross‑cultural business relationships, respecting regional practices and communication styles.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Negotiate and administer contracts that comply with multiple legal jurisdictions and international standards.
• Manage currency fluctuations, payment terms, and financial controls for international transactions.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, export/import laws, and country‑specific requirements.
• Develop automated compliance reports and educate internal teams on designing compliant processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global supplier development and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and contract administration.
• Ability to analyze market intelligence to secure optimal pricing while balancing quality and risk.
• Experience handling currency and financial controls in cross‑border transactions.
