International Subcontractor Administrator

About the role

As an International Subcontract Administrator you will join Blue Origin’s Luxembourg team, supporting the supply‑chain function by managing non‑US vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, and contributing to the development of automated compliance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability and capacity.
• Create, issue and track purchase orders in the company ERP/MRP system throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Draft, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders, maintaining full documentation of all contract activities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, track payment schedules and validate invoices.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFAR regulations, company policies and contractual requirements, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate quality‑assurance activities to verify that materials and services meet specifications.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in procurement and contracting.

Required profile

• Experience working in supply‑chain, procurement or contract administration, preferably with international vendors.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FAR and DFAR.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and address non‑compliance.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining contract documentation and financial controls.
