International Corporate Tax Associate

About the role

Join the International Corporate Tax team within Tax Product Services. You will work closely with tax specialists across Luxembourg and the PwC network to help international clients assess tax risk, structure investments and navigate cross‑border tax challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international clients on tax aspects of corporate structures, transactions and business changes such as set‑ups, mergers, acquisitions and new product launches.
• Analyse Luxembourg and international tax legislation to provide practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Assess the application of domestic rules, double tax treaties and international tax frameworks to support client investments.
• Collaborate with PwC teams across jurisdictions and with specialists from VAT, Transfer Pricing and other disciplines to deliver integrated tax opinions.
• Support the continuous improvement of tools, methodologies and processes in response to evolving tax and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Tax Law, Business Law, or Economics with additional education in Tax Law.
• First experience in taxation, law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in international corporate taxation.
• Fluent English; French or German language proficiency is a plus.

• Microsoft Excel (proficient/independent use)
