Intermediate Project Manager – Financial Institution (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join the Cronos Europa team on a part‑time basis. The role supports a European financial institution’s strategic transformation, coordinating cross‑functional Value Chain Committee (VCC) activities and ensuring alignment with digital roadmaps and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Report on Value Chain visions, including business, digital storylines and roadmap alignment.
• Monitor risks and issues proactively, ensuring early mitigation.
• Organise VCC meetings – scheduling, agenda preparation, and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Coordinate documentation, actions and decisions logs on platforms such as MS Teams and VC Smartsite.
• Facilitate updates to the VCC Terms of Reference.
• Assist with capacity and budget requests, supporting budget officers and DTO PMOs.
• Support resource planning and monitor VC budget utilisation.
• Maintain the VC Projects Catalogue and Roadmap, preparing managerial information for stakeholders.
• Perform quality controls on the demand‑management pipeline and define enhancements for the Demand Management Tool.
• Compile and publish reporting on the Value Chain status and organise workshops with DTO facilitators.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, portfolio reporting and KPI tracking.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project governance and regulatory environments in financial services.
