About the role

Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management SA Luxembourg is seeking an Insurance Specialist to support the Head of the Insurance Solution Department. The role focuses on structuring investment insurance products, overseeing product governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining the structure of investment insurance products and related governance activities.
• On‑board and regularly review insurance providers and distributed insurance products.
• Prepare regulatory reports for the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA).
• Provide administrative support for new life insurance contracts and manage documentation.
• Review insurance files and maintain Excel trackers for missing or outstanding documents.
• Support Wealth Managers with contract administration, including surrenders, premium payments, claims, and invoicing.
• Track all transactions on insurance‑linked products in a dedicated Excel file.
• Manage life insurance accounts, including opening, transfers, payment instructions, and monthly reporting.
• Respond to queries from life insurance companies and collaborate with internal departments.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance brokerage or product oversight.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, especially to the CAA.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with Excel for tracking and reporting.
