In-House Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced In‑House Lawyer to join the legal team of a fast‑growing private‑equity investment group in Luxembourg. The role offers hands‑on involvement in complex corporate transactions and the chance to work closely with portfolio companies and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance, M&A, and restructuring matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal and corporate documents.
• Manage legal aspects of holding structures throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings and ensure accurate corporate documentation.
• Support portfolio transactions, financing, and exit activities.
• Liaise with external counsel, notaries, and other advisors.
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of legal‑tech initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law; admission to a bar is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm.
• Strong understanding of private‑equity structures and Luxembourg company law.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and French.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and confident working both independently and in a team.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
