HR Recruitment Analyst – Bilingual English/French

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Analyst to join a European Institution. The role focuses on supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for a bilingual English‑French environment, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancy notices and source candidates on LinkedIn.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters.
• Act as the single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers on recruitment logistics.
• Assist recruiters in managing reserve lists and traineeship onboarding activities.
• Coordinate travel expense reimbursements with the Budget and Finance Unit.
• Generate internal recruitment reports and maintain related documentation.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (B2/C1).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
